Two stray news items today: Yesterday, parts of France received more rain in a day than they usually have in six months. 26 people has been found drowned yet. The Prime Minister promises financial aid, and warns that they have to prepare for more extreme weather in the future.
On Norway's beautiful southern coast -- the Sørlandet --, sea temperature is still 20 C on September 10. Many summers, it reaches that temperature only a few weeks. This year's summer just won't stop.
