Again I can have a life -- and a blog. The thesis is submitted.
It was finished at 3.30 AM on Thursday almost two weeks ago. Carried it to the University printshop (well, xerox station, really) on Friday. Making the necessary number of copies took more than a week, and Tuesday I wrote a letter to the Faculty of Arts, politely asking them to consider it for the degree of Doctor Artium.
Naturally, everyone keeps asking me if it feels great. I don't know. It feels weird, and not like the big event I had expected the finale of four and a half years of work would be. I am tired, though.

I promised to redesign this blog. It's in progress. Today, the first leg is finished: all tables are removed. I inserted them to suit some OS X browsers, now this blog is again made with CSS only. The stylesheet is adapted from Bluerobot. Thanks!
