using Tinderbox to get things done

Back to work, I try to figure out what I'm supposed to do, and a smart schedule for when to do it.

I've downloaded a rich and well-worked out Tinderbox template called Getting Things Done, a complete time management system for Tinderbox by Ryan Holcomb.

When I downloaded it two days ago, I was impressed and eager about it. After a couple of days, I find it hard to get used to. There are just too many windows, agents and lists. It is supposed to show me my priorities and hide the rest, but I haven't got that to work out yet, so I am drowning in details and chrome.

I need to put in

I guess what I miss is a way to visualize it all in a timeline. Sort of like a Gantt chart (or Tufte's beautiful rework) or a simple calendar.
