I have put my essay from this year's Hypertext conference online. You are probably not surprised that the conference on hypertext accepts hypertext essays, so that's what I submitted. The essay is about stretchfilm, a film that can be longer and shorter on demand. It seemed fitting to make the essay a stretchtext.
I found it somewhat strange that all three reviewers wanted me to include something about the hypertext essay and its writing process. Isn't that a sign that hypertext isn't that common yet? No one asks you to write about your linear paper on paper.
It turned out that it was the only accepted hypertext on the conference, too.
The conference was nice, and Salzburg is a really pleasant town!
