Oh, this is just awesome. The puppet tool by LeCielEstBleu. It's an animation engine. Choose a photograph of an animal (including a woman), and control how the photograph is animated by moving sliders.
It's not unlike many of Ken Perlin's experiments. I suggest we call this genre variability engines (or variability toys), after Manovich's concept of variabiltiy in new media.
